I oversee both the Eastleigh Youth Counselling Service and Teenage Drop-in Centre (under the Young People’s Wellbeing Service) and ensure staff are able to continue delivering the valuable service. I have enjoyed working at Eastleigh Youth Counselling Service for over ten years.
I have worked at Eastleigh Youth Counselling since early 2017, working with many young people on a range of issues. I use gestalt techniques, utilising a mix of both talking and creative therapy, to help to bring the client into the here and now. Working creatively helps people explore their thoughts and feelings in the moment.
